Chapter Management

The chapter Board of Directors has 10 officers, Chairman, President, Executive Vice President and Vice Presidents of Administration, Education, Finance, Membership, Programs, Publicity and Student Liaison.

The chapter year runs from July 1st to June 30th the following year and the Board of Directors for the coming year is elected at the Chapter Annual Meeting held in May or June. The board meets on a monthly basis.

All board members are volunteers and the board is responsible for the operation of the chapter and ensuring compliance with any requirements established by APICS.

The APICS Student Chapter Advisors for Bowling Green State University and The University of Toledo and the BGSU Student Director of APICS and the UT APICS Student Chapter President are non-voting members of the Toledo Chapter Board of Directors.
