November PDM

We are pretty excited to invite you to our first PDM of the year!

Join us at Pizza Papalis on Tuesday, November 13 for a Transportation Panel that we’ve put together showcasing local and national transportation companies! Get all your logistics questions answered, and chow down on some delicious pizza while you’re at it!

We’d love for this to be a lively question and answer, and networking forum where we get help and answers from some experts, but also share our own experiences and how we’ve dealt with them. Bring your logistics person for free! We are all likely experiencing the same issues, so let’s try to help each other!

Hope you’re enjoying this cooler weather, fall is on the way!

Our first event is on September 24th, with our annual joint meeting and PDM at Bowling Green State University with their Supply Chain Management Institute. They will be hosting a student poster presentation, buffet dinner, and presentation by Dave Myers, President & COO of Concordance Healthcare Solutions and Nick Link, System Director of Contracting and MMIS of ProMedica Health System. They will be speaking about healthcare supply chain trends, and their companies’ emergence as national organizations. Keep an eye out for the upcoming flyer for registration details!

Welcome to a new year of APICS Toledo Chapter! I bet you enjoyed those vacations, but I’m sure you’re also ready for the kiddos to head back to school! Don’t forget to turn off those “Out Of Office” auto-reply emails after Labor Day weekend! Grab a cup of coffee, and get back to the daily grind!
