Supplier Technical Assistance (STA) is the Ford Motor Company team charged with supervising and assisting suppliers to meet requirements.  Their job includes the practice and paperwork of advanced planning and production but is also very much a hands-on part of diagnosing and solving supplier issues on-site.  STA often works physically with suppliers to solve process problems.  COVID restrictions posed major obstacles in this year of pandemic so Nathan and his team had to develop ways to work remotely and virtually to continue the critically important business of STA.
